It is located at the foothills of the Sibillini Mountains; the range that separates Le Marche from Umbria. Due to its authentic and unique location close to Lake Fiastra and the Sibillini Mountains, the apartment was previously converted in 2011 to a very high standard and run as  ’Ospiti, Boutique B&B’.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

1. This top (2nd) floor apartment is part of a 16C Palazzo and forms the freehold with 5 other homeowners. No regular service charge applies. The buyer will not incur any costs in respect of the refurbishment works  and, therefore, there are no foreseeable, long term maintenance costs
2. AL FRESCO:  227 sq m, spacious, top floor apartment + plans available on request for a terrace; around €15 quoted to construct.  Subject to planning consent, but the  ground and first floor apartments both benefit from terraces, so a precedent is already set.
