The buying/reserving process

If you would like to reserve this property pending an inspection trip to view, we require a €5.000 reservation fee to be paid. From this reservation fee we will cover the cost of flying you out to Cape Verde (2 people) and accommodating you all inclusive on one of our resorts for 4/5 days.

If you decide to proceed with the purchase we require a 25% deposit within 7 days with the balance due within 4 weeks (minus the €5.000 reservation fee)

If you decide not to proceed we will refund the reservation fee minus the cost of the inspection trip.

Buying a property in Cape Verde is straight forward and cheap compared to the majority of Europe. Please allow around 3% addition costs to cover legal and notary fees/taxes etc.
