The Villa
You access the villa from a the national road connecting Cuevas del Almanzora and San Juan de los Terreros, and a short stretch of tarmac road to the hamlet.
A large gate leads you into the fenced property and to the main door. Here you walk into a double-height entrance hall, full of light pouring down from the high windows and with a feature staircase leading to the roof terrace.
On the right, you will find the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms and a bathroom with a nice, cozy library in the middle, which can be converted into an additional sleeping room, if needed.
In front of you, another door leads you into a small hallway with a guest bathroom on one side and the door to the spacious living area on the other.
The L-shaped living area consists of a spacious lounge, a dining room with access to a large terrace and a cozy second sitting area with a fireplace. From this nice corner you go out into a small conservatory with a BBQ which opens up to the terrace and to the kitchen with a separate pantry.
Behind the dining room, there is another small room, ideal for a study but also for a small extra bedroom since it has its built-in wardrobe.
From the main living room you access the fifth and master bedroom with en suite bathroom.
Exterior & Pool
The villa has plenty of outside space all around the house with nice terraces where you can enjoy the sunshine or sit down and relax in the shade.
By the entrance there is an ample carport with a small shed next to it and behind the house, on a slightly lower level, a good sized swimming pool.
The garden needs some attention but has a lot of potential.

The villa is connected to the mains water and electricity.
Condition and finishing
The house is in a very good condition and ready to move in. The floors have terracotta and ceramic tiles.
All windows are protected by feature wrought iron grills.
There is air conditioning (hot/cold)in the house.
Telephone, Wifi and TV are also available.
Use and potential uses
The villa is a perfect family home both for holidays and permanent living.
The area to the right with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a library/sitting area could make a very nice, quiet separate guest area or could be rented out to holiday makers.
The Location
Los Lobos is a small village in the Almeria municipality of Cuevas del Almanzora, located on the slopes of Sierra Almagrera, where the legendary Barranco del Jaroso, the most important silver mining district in Europe in the 19th century, is located.
It is believed that Los Lobos as such was founded around the year 1840, when the mining activity was developing in Sierra Almagrera. The first inhabitants of the town were the workers of the Foundry “Contra Viento y Marea”(Against Wind and Tide), near the current location of the town.
The village is situated approximately 5 km inland, at 12 km from Cuevas del Almanzora where you can find restaurants, bars, supermarkets, banks, schools medical centers and all the major services. At the same time, in just few minutes drive you can reach the beautiful beaches of Villaricos, San Juan de los Terreros and many more. At 10 minutes drive you have the renowned Desert Springs Golf course.
The Almeria airport is at 1 hour drive, Alicante at approx. 2 hours and the new Murcia Airport Corvera at 1.15 hours.
The AP-7 motorway, a few minutes from the house, allows you to quickly reach the cities of Vera, Aguilas and Cartagena.
