The sizes of the plots vary between 540 square meter and 662 square meter and are suitable for the construction of 248 square meters house, excluding pool. The construction may consist of a ground floor and a first floor with a maximum height of 8 meters. The facades must stand back three meters from the neighbouring plot and 5 meters from the road. However, those areas do allow a pool construction.

Mains water, sanitation, electricity and telephone run parallel to the plot and would be very easy to connect. 

Each plot includes a basic building project and a valid building license. You can alter the design of the project to your own taste.
