The finca has 200,000 m2 where we find several buildings: the main house, several auxiliary buildings, two windmills, water carriers and two laundry rooms. The main house consist of two rectangular bodies of large proportions, arranged in inverted L-shaped with an open courtyard facing south. The east side is closed with two units of a single strand attached to the core north wind, forming a U-shaped plan with the aforementioned inverted open courtyard to the south. The main walls of the main houses are green stones, corners and openings with stone sandstone, lime and mortar battered and referred to a badly damaged pink. The covers are two-fold roof with Arabic tiles, except those already mentioned bodies from a spring closes the courtyard on the east side, the main walls of which are of sandstone. To the west of this main body, there is an elongated body which is the dairies. A Lebech, is one of the windmills, water-holes, square, with machinery in poor condition, which is attached a laundry.
 
The location of the property makes it very special about being in the vicinity of Palma which could convert the property in an ideal place for celebrations.
