This is one of our cozy townhouses located in a quite street in the historic town of Torrox, a few minutes walk away and you can be in the main town square and the rest of the wonderful places in Torrox. An addtional benefit is that it is only a few minutes drive or bus ride from the lovely beaches of the Costa del Sol. The main floor consists of a nice living room and open plan kitchen fully furnished and equipped. Also on this floor we find a single room that leads to another currently used as a storage room. The family bathroom with bathtub and laundry area are also located on this floor. Going up a flight of stairs, we access a double room and a single room leading to the upper terrace. A good sized roof terrace, from where there are magnificent views of the surrounding countryside, the lovely white village of Torrox with its ancient church and to the Mediterranean Sea. In addition, it is possible to make a second entrance through the back street through which you access another room to be finished connected by a door with the main house, so it has the potential to enlarge it and finish it to the taste of the new owner.
