The two plots of land add up to a total amount of 50,000m² with the larger of the two using 47,428m². The two plots are separated by a tarmac road and are only a few minutes by car away from the centre of Los Gallardos.

Both plots of land are currently a blank canvas, and could be used for a number of different possibilities.

The land currently has 4 hours and 10 minutes of water rights every 15-20 days with access to the fountain water from Los Gallardos providing necessary irrigation for farming.
