The two plots of land add up to a total amount of 5,610m² with the larger of the two using 3,731m² and the smaller taking the remaining 1,879m². The two plots are separated by a dirt track road and are only 5 minutes by car away from the closest town, Los Gallardos.

The larger of the two plots is gated and fenced with access from the road that divides the two areas of land. This plot also has a perimeter base laid for a structure of 50m², it also has the advantage of having a water reservoir of 160,000 litres that feeds the 319 olive trees. The tank at the highest point of the plot will also feed the tiered terraces through the plot.

The olive trees, one of them over 700 years old, last year produced approximately 370 litres of olive oil. The picking of the olives would make an excellent family activity, just as it has been in the past for the current owners.

The smaller plot of 1,897m² is currently a blank canvas, and could be used for a number of different possibilities.

The dirt track to the plot is in a good condition, easily accessible in a standard family vehicle and as previously mentioned, is only 5 minutes by car from the closest town of Los Gallardos.
