This Bungalow is under-construction and It is located in TIMI VILLAGE at a private and quiet area. The Structure will be constructed of reinforced concrete or steel frame designed to conform to the applicable Cyprus Standards. All external walls will be constructed of high quality hollow clay bricks, 200mm wide for external walls. Internal walls/partitions gypsum board with the necessary insulation (good quality).
