The north of the building is allocated to the stairwell and elevators, while the east and west elevations feature horizontal louvre bands in response to the lower sun angles found early and late in the day. As a whole, the design achieves the optimal balance between natural light, sea views, shade and privacy. From the 1st to the 8th floor, each floor is dedicated to a single three-bedroom apartment. The two types of interior layouts are mirror images that alternate from floor to floor. The unique design combines remarkable aesthetics with a series of benefits for each apartment.
