The Villa
You enter the villa via a large patio with carport. A spacious entrance hall divides the rooms on the ground floor. There is a large kitchen with breakfast nook that connects to a laundry area with patio and open air shower. There is a spacious lounge with fireplace and large sliding doors that open to the a fantastic covered terrace in front of the sea and beach. There are two downstairs bedrooms and a large bathroom.
On the first floor is the master bedroom that includes a large covered terrace with views over the sea, a dressing room and en suite bathroom with bath and shower. There are three more spacious bedrooms and a bathroom on the same floor.
Exteriors
There is a fantastic covered terrace facing the sea and beach. It is constructed at a much higher level than the seaside, pedestrian boulevard to preserve privacy on the terrace. On the first floor, there is another covered terrace in front of three of the bedrooms. At the back of the house is a patio that leads to the front door. There is a second entrance to the house directly from the beach.
The house has a carport on the ground floor with automatic entry gate. There is also a large parking area at 50m from the house.
Next to the kitchen is an enclosed porch with laundry area, barbecue and outdoor shower.
Water and electricity
The house is connected to the water and electricity net.
Condition and finishes
The house is in excellent condition and built with high quality finishes such as marble floors throughout the house and marble vanities in all bathrooms. All rooms are tastefully decorated.
Uses and Potential Uses
This house is ideal as a permanent home with enough rooms to gather kids and grandkids. It is also a convenient second home as the exteriors are low maintenance. This kind of beach front house has a great potential to gain a holiday rental revenue.
Location
In front of the house is a play ground on the seaside promenade and right behind the promenade is the beautiful wide beach of Las Marinas. The Las Marinas beach of Vera Playa is probably the best and calmest beach of the area. There are no large hotels in the immediate area.
To enjoy some of the best fresh seafood, you can try out one of the excellent chiringuitos ‘beach restaurants’, or just walk to Garrucha, about 400m away. The marina of Garrucha with its plaza and terraces is 500m away. A large supermarket can be found at that same distance.
This villa is perfect for those who want to be close to all kind of amenities and at just 20 meter from the beach.
There are four golf courses within a quarter of an hour drive from the villa. The region is known for excellent water sports, cycling, mountain biking and hiking.
Las Marinas of Vera Playa is at 500m from the marina of Garrucha and at 1 km from the center of Garrucha and from the fishing port. Mojacar is 6 km away and the village of Vera 7km.
The natural park of Cabo de Gata is a 30 minute drive. The entrance to the motorway is at 7km and connects Vera to the Almeria airport at 45 minutes and the Murcia airport at one and a half hour. Alicante airport is a 2 hour drive. There is an AVE high-speed train railroad under construction and will eventually connect Vera with all major Spanish cities.
