Casa Paeonia is situated in a village within the southern end of the Garfagnana Tuscany. The stonehouse overlooks the beautiful views of Apuane mountains and the mountain village of Cardoso.

Casa Paeonia is a stone detached property which has been split into two apartments;

The Ground floor apartment has a living room with a fireplace. From the living space you enter into the large dining kitchen, which boasts locally sourced granite worktops and exposed chestnut beams. The shower room is located to the back of the kitchen and The two large double bedrooms are located to the side of the kitchen.

The First floor apartment is accessed via some steps to the side of the house and into a small hallway. The shower room is located off the hallway. There is also a breakfast kitchen which has modern style kitchen units with stainless steel tops. The 2nd half of the property also has 2 bedrooms.

The nearest town is just 3 km away which has a good range of shops and a railway station.

Pisa airport is an hour’s drive away and the ski resort of Abetone and the seaside town of Viareggio a similar distance.
