The country house was partly a farm in the past, and the ground floor was used for wine production, while the upper floor was used as living space. It was completely renovated in 1981 and converted into 2 apartments on the first floor measuring 75 sq m each and a smaller one of 45 sq m, study room hobby room and storages on the ground floor.
