Lot 1 (yellow on the plan) : Duplex apartment, parcel 3325 with a footprint of 108m², on two floors (approx. total surface area 219m²). Some new building rules will be in place in 2022.
1) Under the current regulations, you can build up to the boundary of the land. Under the new regulations, there must be a gap of at least 2m to the boundary, and a distance of at least 5m or 2.5m for the parking (depending on whether the parking is parallel or perpendicular to the road). This means the current plans would need modifying to adjust the shape and placement of the chalet to comply with the new rules.

2) The date is not set in stone, the public enquiry has to happen first, and that has been delayed from December to February. Architects are currently working on the basis that it will be May 2022.
