In the characteristic Umbrian medieval historic centre of Fratta Todina an apartment over three levels. On the first floor there is a kitchen/diner with fireplace; on the second floor a bedroom and bathroom; on the third floor a bedroom with ensuite facilities. The views from this floor across the Tiber Valley are superb and the whole property, within an ancient tower in the wall was well restored in 1992 with stone walls repointed and beamed ceiling and terracotta floors. The pipework has been laid for a heating system but needs the installation of a boiler and the radiators. There is a very usuful storage room on the ground level of 20square metres, as yet unrestored. There is a mains drainage and all other utilities are readily available.

Fratta Todina has a good range of shops and services and is lively and well situated village, within easy reach of the large market town of Marsciano (5 minutes) and the E45 highway, and within a short drive of Todi.
