This little house is situated in the heart of the village. Steps lead to the front door, enter into the double aspect kitchen/dining area, featuring a wood burning oven, and an open fireplace. There is a small cloakroom with a WC and sink.

Stairs lead to the first floor where there is a single bedroom with doors leading out onto a large terrace. Then a double bedroom and a bathroom with WC, shower, sink and bidet.

Here one can access the attic space via some space saver type steps.

The house also has a cantina, which has been used as a kitchen with a large open fireplace. There is also another bedroom used as a storage.

Migliano is a small, medieval village, just 8 kms drive from the town of Marsciano which has all amenities, including chemists, large supermarkets, post office, petrol stations and a market every Monday morning, and approximately 18km from Perugia and 40km from Perugia airport where there are regular flights from London and other destinations

Migliano is a quiet and peaceful village, every Summer there is a wonderful festa held in the centre which goes on for a couple of days.
