Santa Ponsa – Life all year round:
At first glance, Santa Ponsa – or “Santa Ponça” – is little more than a typical family resort for beach holidays. But on closer inspection, this “bag of wonders” holds a wealth of natural treasures and historic buildings. It is also home to some of Mallorca’s most luxurious properties. The town centre has a magnificent backdrop of mountains and forests. World-class golf resorts are located on the outskirts of the city. Many owners of superyachts anchored next door in Port Adriano reside here.
Located in the southwest of Mallorca, Santa Ponsa has two large sandy beaches: the 560 metre long section known as “the big beach”; and the smaller bay of Caló d’en Pallisser, which locals call “Playa pequeña” or “small beach”.
