Next to the kitchen there is a fully restored original wood oven, a storeroom and a laundry.

Slightly separated from the main house is an outbuilding which can be restored.

The house boasts a fully independent and ecological supply of electricity and water: solar panels with batteries for electricity, a water tank of 200 l with a solar panel to provide hot water, and a fresh water well with two storage tanks. The central heating is provided by gas fired wall fitted radiators. The house is also equipped with international television reception, air conditioning and WiFi. The swimming pool is heated for year-round swimming.

The windows and exterior fittings are made of aluminium with double glazing. The perimeter of the plot is fully fenced and the property has easy access by road and a farm track.
