The multi-dwelling unit at Sommerstrasse 42 / Herbststrasse 18 is a corner building with a fully built basement from 1912 that occupies a quiet residential area of Berlin’s Reinickendorf district. It divides into a total of 14 period flats spread across three floors plus a developed attic with four residential units. Located on the ground floor is one commercial unit.

The historic period building resembles its well-appointed original state. With flat sizes of around 38 to 150 square metres and various floor plans, the flats represent a colourful, varied portfolio for private investors. Depending on the dwelling size, the units have one to five bedrooms. Heating and hot water are supplied by gas-fired heating units installed in each flat.

Each of the brightly day-lit flats has its own character, and some of them feature charming balconies that overlook the quiet street side. The generously proportioned floor plans are characterised by large living-room areas, accessed from the hallways.
