The house is in good general condition. There are no leeks on the
roof. There is a well in the garden which needs to be cleaned. The
last pictures are from 01.03.2021. The village is very well
maintained, there are community center, post office, shops and other
foreigners living all year around. Very close to the Romanian border
as well as the big town of Silistra. Sitovo Municipality is very well
organized for its small size and population which is self-determined
in majority as Bulgarians. Next to the natural bird forest reserve
“Srebarna” – the biggest in Bulgaria. It’s a corner property in the
outskirts of the village. There is a great view of the surroundings
