Originally the building was the customs house marking the French/Italian border. It is now restored and converted into 10 exclusive apartments with communal swimming pool, gardens and two river beaches.

The apartments have 1,2 or 3 bedrooms and feature an open plan lounge with kitchen area, bathroom and panoramic balconies.

The residents have use of the communal gardens where there is a 9m x 4m swimming pool.
