The villa, built in 1950, is set in two separate parts.

The first one is a 42 sq Cave Studio which hosts up to 4 people. It consists of a living room, an equipped kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, it also features a small sunny courtyard with an outdoor Jacuzzi.

The second one is larger (108 sq m) and can accommodate up to 6 people. The structure consists of a master bedroom with an indoor cave Jacuzzi, an attic for 2 guests, a kitchen, a bathroom and a living room.

There is also a private terrace and a pergola with an amazing sea view.
