The Villa is located in Lithakia. It is a traditional 2floor house with a large garden of 2,000 m2, which is surrounded by thick greenery ensuring privacy

IMPORTANT: The land has ability to build additional sqm because has been recently characterized as “inside town planning”. As such there is ability to build 200 sqm more. You can even build a suite above the kiosk. The kiosk is permanent construction (foundation and concrete columns). In the kiosk there is a bathroom that serves the swimmers of the pool.

From Lagana 3.5klm, from Agios Sostis beach 1.3klm, from Porto Koukla beach 900m and from Lake Keri 3klm. Lithakia is a tranquil area covered with olive groves. The road from luxury villa Iliaktida to Porto Koukla beach is historically known for these centenarian olive groves. In close distance there is an olive mill museum
