In a lively village with restaurants, shops and a great tourist activity, a 13th century medieval house to restore. In the 1980s a first restoration was carried out. The frame has been completely redone respecting the shapes and assemblies of the old structure. A concrete belt reinforces the wall of the facade. In an archaeological study made on the house we read that it is entirely built in stone, the geological nature of which is very homogeneous: it is a hard limestone, of local origin. Medieval masonry is preserved almost everywhere. It is a block house of simple structure; without being elementary, however, since unlike many houses in the village, the layout distinguishes several interior spaces. A complete archaeological study covering each element of the construction is available. It is about a surface of 150 m2 per floor and an inner courtyard of 45 m2 which gives to the back on an androde.
