Osloer Straße 110 is centrally located in Berlin-Wedding between the Osloer Straße underground station and the Bornholmer Straße S-Bahn station, the former border crossing between West and East Berlin.

The classic old building in Osloer Strasse is a residential and commercial building with 26 residential and three commercial units dating from 1910. In the front building and side wing, spacious 1- to 5-room apartments of 43 to 163 square metres are spread over four floors. It is possible to extend the roof extension by a further 274 square metres.

The front building can be reached via two separate stairwells, in which many beautiful stucco elements as well as original wooden railings, house and apartment doors have been preserved. The small inner courtyard with bicycle storage facilities leads to the equally tasteful staircase of the side wing.
The apartments in the front building have balconies or bay windows with large windows that allow plenty of light into the spacious rooms. The old building character of the apartments is underlined by high ceilings as well as wooden cassette doors and partially original floorboards.

Hot water preparation and heating are provided by a central gas and hot water supply system. The heating system was renewed in 2009 and the pipe system modernised. In autumn 2018, the façade will be provided with a bright, attractive colour concept and the balconies on the street side and the wooden double-box windows have been redesigned.
