Korcula – Zrnovo, building land on the south side of the island, area of 2,687m2, regular shape (approx. 30x90m).
A good macadam road leads to the plot, partly paved, and access is possible with lower cars. It is about 4.5 km away from the main road, and 50 m from the sea. In the bay there are two pebble beaches with crystal green sea. The land is located less than 10km from the center of Korcula with an open view of Lastovo, and is ideal if you are looking for peace and quiet in untouched nature. Only a couple of houses have been built in the bay and for now they do not have the infrastructure, but they have solar panels and the water is brought by cisterns.
