Stone villa with pool in the autochthonous island style. During the renovation, every detail was taken into account. Sold fully furnished and equipped. The villa consists of ground floor and first floor which are connected by internal stairs. The ground floor has a living room with kitchen and dining area and one bathroom. Upstairs are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One bedroom has a gallery with two more beds, suitable for children, for example. During this period, the Frankopan princes of Krk stood out, who managed to stay in Krk for several centuries through skilful political flirtation with Venice. Today we know Krk as a tourist place of exceptional cultural and artistic heritage, in which the ancient Splendidisima Civitas Curitarum (the glorious city of Krč) lives in accordance with the hectic character of the modern age. The ideal geographical position is an advantage that the island of Krk knew how to value very well as a tourist. We are talking about the proximity of the mainland, to which a bridge was added twenty years ago, connecting Krk with the mainland, thus making it even more accessible. Good transport connections have made the island of Krk a favorite excursion destination, but also vice versa: from the island you can make meaningful day trips. For example, a trip to the national parks Plitvice Lakes and Northern Velebit. Real researchers will certainly want to get to know Rijeka – the center of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, and will connect their stay in Rijeka with an unavoidable visit to Opatija – the tourist “pearl of the Adriatic”. It will be very interesting to go on a day trip to Istria, where we recommend staying in its central part rather than on the coast! Finally, the island of Krk is connected by ferry line with three islands: Rab, Cres, Lošinj, which can also become destinations for your day trips. By no means return from the Golden Island before you are convinced of the trump cards that gave it that flattering name from the time of the Roman Empire. The cleanliness of the sea on the beaches, among other things, we thank the fact that the beaches are pebble or rocky with sunbathing areas. If you become eager for exploration and intimacy, and at the same time know how to operate a boat in the city port, look for where the rental boats are moored. The coast of the island near the city is a real treasure trove of hidden, intimate pebble coves that can only become your private beach for at least one day.
